Essex will once again be sending teams to the following Road Running Inter County events:

  • Eastern Counties 10k (Cambridge Town and Gown 10k) – 6th October 2024
  • Southern Counties 10k (Brighton 10k) – 17th November 2024
If you are eligible to run for Essex, have achieved the time standards listed below, and would like to be considered for selection in upcoming 2024 Road Running Events, please complete the form in the link below.

Standards for Selection:   Men: Sub 33:00 / Women: Sub 39:00
The Essex Road Running team manager(s) will pick a team for each of the events from the list of athletes who complete the form and will contact athletes in the weeks leading up to the event.
