Essex win!
Essex men retained the 20 mile inter county trophy with a win again today.
Pushed all the way by Kent, Pete Robinson of Springfield Striders lead the team home and in so doing so became 3 time winner of the event. Josh Entwistle (WGEL) and Paul Molyneux (Springfield) packed well for 3rd and 4th overall, and Kurtis Swan was 9th.

Not to be outdone the ladies also won the inter county match, taking the trophy off Hants.
Rosie Wild of Colchester Harriers lead the team home, ahead of Springfield team mates Sarah Overington and Nicole Frisby, and Charlotte Bishop (Basildon)
